The major roads in Saddle River are West Saddle River Road, East Saddle River Road, Allendale Road, and Chestnut Ridge Road. A typical car commute from Saddle River to midtown Manhattan is typically 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. I have clients who commute into NYC and leave extremely early in the morning (around 6am). By leaving that early they arrive into midtown in about 25 minutes. Travel and commuting time is heavily dependent on traffic. If you are looking to take public transportation, you can take the train in to Penn Station from Ramsey, Allendale, Waldwick, or Ho-Ho-Kus. If you prefer to take the bus into NYC, you can take the park and ride from Route 17 in Ridgewood.
